The dealership went out of its way to schedule at a time convenient for me and provided me with a loaner vehicle. The problems started when a technician forgot to reconnect something causing my remote start convenient for me and provided me with a loaner vehicle. The problems started when a technician forgot to reconnect something causing my remote start, speakers and smart phone connection to fail. This required a second appointment, loaner car and round trip to the dealership. The dealership compensated me for my inconvenience with a voucher for my next oil change. But that doesn't make up for the mileage on my lease. (I live 33 mi. away - 66 round trip). The reason for the three stars is because the technician put a deep scratch in my center console near the shifter. This is a leased vehicle, and I have been especially meticulous in the vehicle's care. And I don't love the idea of being blamed for the gouge in the glossy console. I look at it every time I get in the car to drive :( More
