Excellent Service Without the pressure! I walked into Jannell Ford Thursday thinking I would have to buy a used car or lease based on my price range and am walking out with a brand new Focus I walked into Jannell Ford Thursday thinking I would have to buy a used car or lease based on my price range and am walking out with a brand new Focus still within my price range. I talked to Dave in service who has taken care of my truck for years that I needed a 2nd car for work. Dave took me to Eddie the sales manager on Thursday where Eddie(Mr. Math Wizard) ran the numbers for all different options and he gave me a printout of my options to take home and sleep on. I came in on Friday morning where Eddie sat me with Mike to go over all the information I needed to begin the purchase. Mike took me to Kathy to run the financials and pay for the car and I am driving out of the lot by 2pm with my Brand New Ford Focus. The whole experience was quick, excellent and I wasn't pressured at any point along the way. Come to Jannell Ford to be treated like a person!! The Team at Jannell is Awesome! More

BEST Experience Ever We went to Jannell to see if they had any 2016 F250’s left. Unfortunately, they didn’t. My husband was walking around the parking lot looking around. The service Manager Eddie Clark was plowing the parking lot. He pulled up and talked to my husband. He told him he didn’t have what we were looking for but he would find one for us. He went in the dealership, which wasn’t even open yet, and fired up his computer. He found what we wanted within 10 minutes. Dave Josephson was our salesman. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a salesman. No pressure. Accommodating in every way. No B.S. Just a nice guy. The sale went smoothly as did the financing with Kathy. I would recommend them to anyone. Such a great experience. I love my new truck so much! Thank you, Dave, Eddie and Kathy!
