People were friendly but unorganized. I setup an appt for an oil change as well as having my truck looked at for occasionally blowing smoke at startup. When I arrived (on time), I was s I setup an appt for an oil change as well as having my truck looked at for occasionally blowing smoke at startup. When I arrived (on time), I was sent to another desk for the smoke issue and told I could make an appt but it would be 2-3 days (I already did this). Even so, I got the oil change as well as new air filter and cabin filter but it took 2 hours and 20 minutes. Overall, I was disappointed with 'dealer' service. More
