Joe Grubb, the finance manager also took great care to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood all of the paperwork before signing. I ended up purchasing my vehicle on the last day of Ford's Employee Pricing promotion, and the entire team made the process smooth and stress-free despite what I'm sure was a very busy day.
