I felt he listened to why I came to look into Buick vehicles and my price range. I came to test a Verano and he suggested that I may like an Encore since in my price range as well. I was shocked to think the SUV would be in my price range and was excited to have more than one model to test drive. I drove the Verano first and then the Encore and fell in love. Donovan worked hard to get me into a color I would enjoy and Jeff (General Sales manager) worked in tandem to make everything run smooth. Easy transition to GMC Never had a car that wasn't a Honda or Toyota so looking at a GMC was new and odd but Matt made it easy.
