This is the 4th Honda CR-V I've bought from Dennis. He makes my experience quick and simple, the way I like it!! I bought a used car from Jay Honda 2 years ago. I was now given an opportunity to trade in that car 2005 CR-V for a 2011 CR-V leased automobile. I am a 65 year old woman who many car sales personnel treat poorly like we are second class citizens. That has never been the case at this dealership.
