I also kept hearing that the truck that I ended up getting into because somebody else went and helped me, a Salesman didn't know anything about this truck whatsoever not even some of the questions I had about it especially some of the simple buttons like under the steering wheel was for the trailer hitch lights. But the salesman was extremely nice very well in conversation help me out the best because it seems like he wanted to put me in a vehicle more than anybody there which that made me feel like an important person but then it came down to the credit thing with the person to help me get into the truck and I had to sit in there with them and hear the finance guy pretty much just talk down about me and my situation and tell me how better off this other person was than me and that that kind of put a damper on my day felt like I felt like a piece of trash. Well then do my review will be with I have a rusted-out truck that needs complete repair it's overheated twice on me I'll replace the thermostat and already I've had to replace a ton of the paint the entire insides of my doors are rusted out I'm scared to drive it sometimes it's almost as worse as the one I drove there in for a $12,000 truck I'm embarrassed actually tell people how much I have to pay for that truck that is a 2 to $5,000 truck maybe an eighth at its most that's with tax title and license I expected a lot more and a lot better customer service and Jay Malone didn't even shake the person's hand that help me get it or mine at the end of the night we made money for that company, well we're going to a guarantee and they guarantee that means no matter what I will put you in something doesn't matter what you do you just that's the way I guarantee works I guarantee I guarantee I guarantee it's not that difficult so the false advertising really got to me so this commercial should probably just change they can't help everybody trust me yeah don't sweat it not even if you have a trade in, His guarantee is false advertising to its fullest he does not make a customer for life he lost a lot of them with word of mouth on this one. More
