However after I agreed to purchase the car, I felt the finance paperwork was dealt with too fast and I did not have a good feel for how my total monthly payment was totaled. There could have been more explanation from the finance person and go slower in dealing with all the paperwork to answer my questions. More

Service above and beyond When I picked up my MDX I told the person assisting me that I had a couple of questions regarding my vehicle. He said sure. He went out to my vehicle with me and took the time to show me where my inside lights were located and showed me how to set them on automatic. I asked him to show me how to properly install the car seat in the middle of second seat. He showed me the best way and was so patient and pleasant. I truly appreciated his assistance. More

Everything went smoothly Since Honda/Acura International intervened, the airbag was replaced/repaired very quickly.
