The real difference was that we had the good fortune to run into Jimmy Carpenter when we wandered in last weekend to look at an MDX. Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable about the product and instantly made us feel comfortable and unpressured. He was very straightforward with the pricing negotiation once we told him we wanted to buy a car. He did so in a way that was professional, respectful and efficient . I really appreciated not having to do the "dance" over price and keep running offers back and forth to a manager. Instead, It was just one trip and we were done .
