Luxury Car Buying Experience I drove 4 hours from another State to purchase my Certified 2014 Acura RLX with Advance Package and it was worth it. I was very concerned that the De I drove 4 hours from another State to purchase my Certified 2014 Acura RLX with Advance Package and it was worth it. I was very concerned that the Dealer would be less than what's expected or that my salesperson would be rude. I was also concerned about the Trade in process on my 2011 Acura TSX with Technology Package, and if Finance would take hours to complete my transaction. In a nutshell, would I waste 8 hours driving? I'm pleased to report that none of these concerns were founded. I started my experience on the Website with the online chat and Rachel R. Gretchen J. called me back in under 30 minutes. She was very knowledgeable of the car I wanted, and I even tried to "stump her." We made arrangements for a few days later for me to drive up. She called me the day before to confirm that I was still coming and that she still had the car. Upon arriving at the Dealer I was greeted by a clean facility and well dressed sales people (suits and ties, and professional look) at the used var building. My friend came with me and we test drove the car. Gretchen then took us to the main building which also had class and cleanliness.. We negotiated the terms and did the trade in evaluation in about 30 minutes. Jen B. came by personally to discuss the details and all terms were finalized. Josh G. took care of the financing in about 30 minutes because I told him I had to be back on the road by a certain time. He was expeditious, yet I didn't feel rushed. I can say with confidence that I would drive 8 hours round trip again to buy another Acura. I read many of the reviews before calling them, and they are true. I hope this helps those buyers that are as particular as I am. Come to Jay Wolfe Acura for a fair (not lowest) price for a car in an experience that matches higher end dealers. I'm loyal to the Acura brand (TL, TSX and now RLX), and I'm even loyal to Jay Wolfe Acura. More
