DW explained that model moves quickly and that he could call me when another came thru. There was another 2015 on the lot and asked would I like to see it. We talked about my needs, test drove, talked a little more. Very knowledgeable. I had done some homework but I learned quite a bit more from Mr. White. I will love owning this car. My time with Josh G. was also really good. I am naturally leery of the "Finance Guy". I found Josh to be personable and down to earth. Now, I will say the gentleman I met upon my return from the bank with my cashiers check for the $12,000.00 down payment did present a different demeanor than every other person I interacted with during the course of this transaction, and there were many. I was at your location from 12:45ish until after 5:00. I needed to run to bank for the check and also get the title for my trade in. It wasn't in the lock box at home so I returned without it. Upon learning this, this gentleman who never spoke to me or made eye contact let it be known non-verbally how really inconvenient this was. I am sure in all the years of Jay Wolfe, it's not the first time a paying customer had this happen. it was soon remedied so why the drama?? Anyway, I have a great car, I will tell my friends and look forward to seeing you all soon for regular schedule service. Thanks Karen More
