When I inquired at Jay Wolfe, Joshua and Jim made the phone process easy. When I met Norman, he was so laid back and not how I pictured a car salesman. I, too am in sales, so his laid back approach was reassuring that I wasn't being pressured into buying a car. I had my two children under 3 with me as well during the process and I am so thankful for their patience and accommodations. Needless to say, he showed me the car I had inquired about, but in a completely different color! I told myself I would never have a red car again and that Friday, I drove out in a red Mazda, and I absolutely love it. It is the perfect fit for my family.
