The purchase took place because we were given a very fair offer with minimal haggling (easiest auto purchase we’ve ever had), very fair value for our trade and the customer service we received was nothing short of excellant. Trenton Vega and the Hendricks Acura team was committed to ensuring we had everything we needed to assist in the purchase, to include introducing us to the service department, reviewing the process in getting a service done (very user friendly and customer focused!) and even ordering us lunch as this process is always quite lengthy. We were also given a session to assist with setting up the electronics in the car which allowed us to drive home a car set to our specifications. Very nice!. We are four-time Acura buyers with all good experiences, but this topped them all. The 2017 Acura RDX is beautiful inside and out. The rather rare maroon and parchment combination was exactly what we were looking for. And they made the pricing and financing a breeze, straightforward and honest - so rare to find these days. Maybe if we looked around and haggle hard we might of found a better price (we doubt it!), but we would have never found better people! More

Don was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever it took for us. He made the purchasing decision so much easier. He was able to send me all the service records (at my request), he went over and above to send me images of some areas of question. Ultimately we (my wife and I) decided to make the 3 hour trip to view the car. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. We also dealt with Tim Griffith on the financing side. Both Don and Tim were wonderful to deal with. Would not hesitate to drive again to purchase another car in the future. In fact, when do decide to buy again, it is without a doubt where we will look first. The knowledgeable staff and easy going nature of the salesman are what drew us to this dealer. We looked local, and were not pleased with the salesman at a dealer locally. Overall experience I would rate Acura of Overland Park 10/10, and Don a 11/10. This is how car buying should be.
