Best Way to Hear Bad News I actually made the appointment but my mother with time off work took my car in. My oil change became a 30K inspection and 4 tire replacement after 2 I actually made the appointment but my mother with time off work took my car in. My oil change became a 30K inspection and 4 tire replacement after 2 nails and a 4/32 wear was found on all 4 tires. It certainly wasn't my favorite day whatsoever and I could very likely have gotten this all taken care of elsewhere for notably less, but the waiting room was comfortable for my mother to sit for several hours and she spoke very highly of the very tall service person that discussed results and options with her. She was quite pleased- though my bank account is significantly less pleased. However this doesn't reflect on the service professional whom deserves all 5 stars. More
