To put it quite simply, Patrick genuinely cares about his customers and sees them more as a partner than as an opportunity. We cannot stress how much of a positive impact he has had on our lives. Taking a step back to inform you of our situation, my wife and I are both local teachers who finally saved enough money to purchase our first “family” car. Patrick worked with us and our budget and never made us feel pressured to make a purchase; on the contrary, he helped us understand the importance of our purchase and guided us away from deals that would stretch us financially. Patrick constantly served as a helping hand. Shortly after purchasing our Honda CRV, he were hit from behind in our new car and Patrick has touched base with us multiple times to see how we’re doing and if there was anything he could help us with. Along with this, we are currently going through some unfortunate family circumstances and Patrick continues to remind us that he is keeping us in his thoughts. This certainly goes beyond his required job duties, and it is because of this that we’ll always recommend Jay Wolfe Honda (more specifically, Patrick) to all of our friends and family in the future. Sales people were waiting for me to walk through the door at Jay Wolfe Honda. Bryan introduced himself and asked how he could help me. After telling him what I was looking for, I told him I wanted to be in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. The dealership accepted my offer right away and Amir in the finance department was straight forward and easy to work with. They catered to my needs and got me in a new car at a great price within my hour and a half. Bryan was a pleasure to work with. Absolutely the best car buying experience I could have asked for! More
