Entire process start to finish was surprisingly great! Started with an email from Kimberly Self who set up my appointment to look at vehicles. Upon arrival I was greeted at the door and even though I was in wrong building the greeter walked me personally all the way over to used car building and handed me over to the salesperson. My salesperson, Kav was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made the car buying process very easy. After negotiating deal on a vehicle, Kav walked me over to the courtesy area to wait on financing. My wait was a little long, but they only had one person at the time doing financing. However, once I was in financing, that process was so easy and super fast! Josh was also very friendly and he went through everything so I understood my options. Then I came back to Kav to get my car, he was busy cleaning up my car and getting it ready for me. He helped get my personal items from my vehicle and then he handed me my new keys and I was off! More
