When we arrived went right in and Shawn checked us in and Pearl went off for her service and I went into the customer service lounge to comfortably sit and read in a book I have been wanting to read for a while. The staff manning the lounge area were pleasant, checked to see if I needed anything and it was nice to know I had options. Shawn came to let me know that Pearl was ready to leave and we talked about "new shoes" for Pearl. He asked a few questions and gave me reasonable answers to my questions. All-in-all the experience at Jay Wolfe was just fine. More

Great service but getting frustrated to point of action I bought both of my cars at Jay Wolfe and have continued to have them serviced there. They've never been anywhere else. I am always treated well and t I bought both of my cars at Jay Wolfe and have continued to have them serviced there. They've never been anywhere else. I am always treated well and the cars run great. But, I'm tired of being inundated with requests to so much more than I intend. I cannot think of a single time when I've come for an oil change and left with only that. Most of the time -- including this one -- I'm told that I need even more issues addressed than the maintenance minder tells me. I rarely leave with a bill less than $200 and it's often $3-400. That seems excessive. If Honda's require that much maintenance to continue running well, maybe they aren't as good as I thought. I'm genuinely considering a switch the next time I need a new one because the maintenance costs are excessive. More

During the test drive and once the car was purchase he did a great job of explaining the car and teaching me how to use all the new tech that my old car did not have. I am so glad I made the decision to go to Jay Wolfe and I would recommend it, and have already recommended it to everyone I've seen in the last few days. More
