My only complaint is that it appears they put my service under someone else's name. It says "Larsen Barnds" on my Service Repair Summary. That is NOT me. The address and other info is also wrong. I had trouble making my appointment as the lady could not find my name in the database, so it appears she must have just picked someone else's record. I hope no sensitive information of mine has been compromised. More

Tire Change Bryon took the time to call around other dealerships to get me a new tire. They didn't have any in stock and I was told over the phone earlier that da Bryon took the time to call around other dealerships to get me a new tire. They didn't have any in stock and I was told over the phone earlier that day that they would only be able to replace it with a spare. I was thankful that Bryon could find me another tire and get it replaced right away. It saved me a lot of time and I was relieved I didn't have to come back a week later and deal with it all over again! More

In the end, the vehicle itself and its sale's price, the staff's friendliness and professionalism and the service waiting room (which we hope not to use that often) were the prime reasons for buying at Jay Wolfe. The only issue encountered: the internet indicated Jay Wolfe had the car and color we wanted: Car, yes....Color, no. They quickly located and had the car on site the next day which we drove home.
