Buying a new car! I am an older, single female who just bought a new car here. I had done my research, went to other dealerships, etc & had narrowed it down to either I am an older, single female who just bought a new car here. I had done my research, went to other dealerships, etc & had narrowed it down to either a Mazda 3 or Honda Civic. When I was ready to buy one or the other & knew the monthly payment that I wanted to stay under, salesman at the Mazda dealership had to keep going in & out of the finance person's office when trying to make a deal with me. They never got to the payment I wanted. I really liked that Kim (my salesman) was able to handle everything himself & not have to run things by the finance person. He immediately said that he could get under what I wanted to pay & did that! It was a very simple, easy process with no haggling or stress. And-I love my new Civic! More

Great Service. Disappointing Value This is one of the best service centers hands down so I don’t want my review to be a reflection of my experience with my service. I do feel that my car and my customer satisfaction are a major concern each time I come in to Jay Wolfe Service Center. My frustration and disappointment comes from the fact that I bought the maintenance package when I purchased the car and it does not cover everything! I was very upset to walk away with additional charges that weren’t included in the package I purchased (no parts purchased). Shame on me for not reading and fully understanding, but I’ve purchased similar packages with other cars and was never hit with additional charges with the exception of parts and major mechanical work. I don’t think you guys would sell a car with 3 wheels and charge for the fourth, so I don’t think you should do the same with packages like this. I would have gladly paid more to not receive additional charges...that was the point. To that end, I am a loyal Honda product customer and the only reason I decided to comment was to help you all achieve customer satisfaction. More

We bought an Accord 17 years ago from this dealership and had such a good experience (and a great car!) that we came back when looking for our new car. I would recommend this dealership not only for a car purchase but also for all required services on a car as I had all my work on my old Accord done here. More
