You have 15 minutes to get here. Lol Was on my way home from work. Car requested service called to see if possible same day service. He said “Yes if you can be here in 15 minutes!”. I got there and we laughed because I was there in 16. Super professional and happy. Relaxed in the lounge and time passed with the friendly conversation of two ladies working. Super sweet. Very disappointed I went to this center after I discovered that the oil cap was left unscrewed the last time they did the oil change for my car. The oil was spilled eve I went to this center after I discovered that the oil cap was left unscrewed the last time they did the oil change for my car. The oil was spilled everywhere and made a mess inside my engine for a couple of months. This was certainly a serious hazzard and risk. I was expected there would be a reasonable explanation and immediate correction from this dealer but all I received was irresponsible answer from this service advisor. They didn't even clean the mess inside and left the oil container unfilled to the desirable level. I was totally surprised by such a low service by this center. More

I had lunch and worked while I was there, but was not told the wait time would be that lengthy, nor was I provided an update at any point during my wait. The waiting room/safe is nice and comfortable, so I have no issues with that. But 3 hours is a serious commitment. I also asked for an estimate when I arrived about a part I needed to order, and this was not done. I had to ask again when my car was ready for pickup. More

The CRV he chose fit us like a glove including cost, mileage, trim package, leg/head room, cargo space computer, safety features, warranty package, & maintenance schedule. Kim & the entire Honda team made purchasing this CRV a very smooth experience. They also gave us a good trade-in value for our vehicle too. Since we started on this process late in the day, someone even got us a sandwich & coffee from their onsite cafe to take home for our late dinner! We were quite impressed with the entire Jay Wolfe Honda team & plan to continue with them for our future car service needs. More
