It really all started with him and the way he handled our first purchase. We trust him and appreciate his involvement over the last 15 + years. Today he took his important time to go over the changes and upgrades now included in our new van until we were comfortable. Over the years we have also had a great experience with the service and maintenance providers. I have become well acquainted with Steve Barzilla and trust his judgement with all maintenance and repair issues. I believe Anthony was the young man who helped us with the closing matters. The CRV he chose fit us like a glove including cost, mileage, trim package, leg/head room, cargo space computer, safety features, warranty package, & maintenance schedule. Kim & the entire Honda team made purchasing this CRV a very smooth experience. They also gave us a good trade-in value for our vehicle too. Since we started on this process late in the day, someone even got us a sandwich & coffee from their onsite cafe to take home for our late dinner!
