Byron is my new best friend!! I came in with a leaking tire, expecting to have to buy a new one. Byron insisted we try to fix it first. I also suggested we do an oil change and rotate the tires, since I was there. Byron indicated it was too soon for either, that there was no reason to do it yet. The service tech fixed the tire (punctured by a nail) and I paid $27. I had excellent—and honest—service. I so appreciate this that I will come back to Byron again and again. If I can trust him, I know when he says I need something, I will. That is very rare in service departments today. He is a gem! More

The connection was very bad and the individual on the end of the line had no knowledge, was not professional or competent. You need to go back to the way it was. More
