Would be 5 Star Review Save 1 Minor Detail Shawn has helped me out many times over the last few years and he is always friendly and personable and makes me feel well taken care of. I needed to Shawn has helped me out many times over the last few years and he is always friendly and personable and makes me feel well taken care of. I needed to have a tire replaced on this visit and they happened to be out of stock of the particular tire I needed. My appointment was late in the afternoon and it would have been perfectly reasonable for Shawn to have told me that I would have to wait until the next day when they could get the tire...instead he went out of his way to track one down and find someone who could make a run to pick it up. It was a long visit, but well worth it to not have to drive any further on my spare or be without the van. This brings me to that one pesky detail. As I drove off, I heard a clanging sound from the back of the van a couple miles down the road. I pulled into a parking lot and went to check...when they put my spare back, they left the cover that hides it off and didn't tighten the bolt down that holds it into place which allowed things to vibrate and make the sound. Not a big deal...just took me a few minutes to tighten it up and replace the cover...but I imagine some clients would be less able or willing to do this for themselves. Overall, I'm well pleased with the service and my visit and will certainly continue bringing my van in. More
