Our service person warned us it might take three or more hours to get to it. The service department actually got he work done in half the time. Meanwhile, we relaxed in the customer area, enjoying freshly-made sandwiches and other goodies while we waited. Next, we'll know to call ahead for an appointment; but we appreciate their willingness to accommodate us...and to deliver service above and beyond our expectations. More

My experience was okay I asked as I left if the dial in the center of the speedometer was reset because it had shown " needs service". I didn't notice it was changed and no I asked as I left if the dial in the center of the speedometer was reset because it had shown " needs service". I didn't notice it was changed and now said "vehicle information." I called when I was home and an inexperienced person tried to tell me how to change it. Eventually he said I should bring it back in and they could do it. Fortunately a younger family member helped me get it reset. More
