My first car service at Jay Wolfe's Honda service center has been a happy experience. Booking the appointment online is a convenient feature to save time. Byron was my service advisor, He is a friendly person to speak to. He listened to what I have to speak about and explained in detail what will be done and how much time it would take before I could get my car. I chose to wait while the car is being serviced. He escorted me to the lounge where I can enjoy complimentary food and drinks. The lounge area also has a Free WiFi service for customers, which was very helpful as I could work while waiting. The service took about one hour and Byron reached out to take me back to my car. He explained in detail the work that has been done, and the results of the multi-point inspection and answered my questions. I appreciate him for the patience he has and the way he went beyond to help me understand. Overall, it has been a great first experience at Jay Wolfe Honda Service Center. More
