Was told I needed tire repair -- surprise! No proof of nail! I chose to deal with Jay Wolfe Honda, because of a bad dealer service experience I had at Lee's summit Honda. (they quoted me at $600 for a simple A/C switch replacement). I thought I could find more trustworthy dealer service elsewhere. I came in for a passenger side airbag recall repair. Within a couple hours, I received a phone call notifying me of a nail in my tire. I said I would approve the repair if the service personnel could text message me a photo of the nail. No photo of the nail in question could be produced, and their excuse was that there was a car *identical* to mine in the service center that did have a nail in the tire, and they mistook it for mine. What a coincidence that asking for proof produced no proof at a dealer service center! Maybe it's just a confluence of bad experiences with dealer service centers, but this experience did not endear me to your business. More

We have the greatest confidence in the service work there and appreciate the courtesy of the service dept. employees such as Steve, Shawn, and Byron. On our most recent visit, Steve first took care of my husband's CRV, which needed an oil change and a check for a leaky tire. This was handled quickly, with a carwash bonus, and my husband was very pleased. He asked Steve about the recall notice on my Honda Accord and Steve carefully explained the reason and the two-part solution, so my husband took my car in, too. Thankfully, the service crew was able to complete step one in a timely manner and we were able to pick up both vehicles on the same day. Steve's most admirable traits are his ability to clearly explain a vehicle's problem, provide an assessment for handling it, and his careful attention to detail. No wonder we "Love our Jay Wolfe Honda!" More

The servicing came in a half hour less, and I enjoyed the quiet waiting area and wonderful cafe experience while I was waiting. My coupons saved me a little bit of money too. A great dealership. More
