Average Experience. Some good some disappointed I thought this was an average experience. I wouldn't avoid buying from this dealership but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy from them again. Long but pleasant I had an appointment but they were very busy . I was told an oil change, rotating tires and car wash would take 2 to 2 1/5 hours. That seemed long. Excellent service I have used Jay Wolfe Honda for car service (and buying cars) since 1987 when I moved to Kansas. Then Jay Wolfe was located in Kansas City, KS, close I have used Jay Wolfe Honda for car service (and buying cars) since 1987 when I moved to Kansas. Then Jay Wolfe was located in Kansas City, KS, close to my workplace, but for many years it has been just across the state line into Missouri and nearer my home. I have always had excellent service and advice from the service advisors there; Steve Barzilla has been my favorite for many years. He knows my car almost as well as I do (probably better) and lets me know when I need to have various services done and when I should wait to have them done (usually when I get out of sync with the service schedule and want to get things done much sooner than they should be). I completely trust Steve when I need to make decisions about my car. I've also had excellent service advisors over the years before Steve came along. When I am ready to buy a new car, I am almost certain to buy it at Jay Wolfe. More

My man Bryon hooked me up Byron took care of me and got my CRV in and out. They fixed my nail in the tire and got my car back to me before I needed it for a wedding. Reliable (with a great waiting room!) I appreciated that Steve took my car for a quick drive when I told him I thought it was driving sluggish. Good service overall. My other car (different make) was a pain to service and the waiting room was not good. Honda makes waiting less stressful. More
