She listens, responds to your requests and then lets you decide. No high pressure no hardsell. I love that. I am not even going to Go anywhere else in the future. When you find a person like Diane who makes the whole process stressfree you stick with it! This time I was also lucky enough to work with the finance guy Amir. He too was so nice to work with. Best finance guy I have ever worked with. Didn't push things after I explained I wasn't interested, was nice and funny, laid back. I told them both that I will recommend them to anyone interested in buying a car. Jay Wolfe- don't let these two go!!!!! Also having work done on my other Honda and Roberto was great!
