Don't oversell Jay Wolfe's service department has earned my trust. I know that at other dealers, they were always recommending services that I didn't really feel my Jay Wolfe's service department has earned my trust. I know that at other dealers, they were always recommending services that I didn't really feel my car needed. Since switching to Jay Wolfe, I feel they aren't trying to constantly sell me on services my car doesn't need. I value their opinion knowing that they really are looking out for my car--and my wallet. More
poor service We had a different rep than usual because our other guy left and this guy did all the things my husband says up front not to. We had a competitor coupon that Shawn on phone said he would honor and then were told at checkout they don't do that, to which I said well they always have and then the guy said oh ok then we can I guess. The credit cards were going through and the rep was rude about me not wanting him to write my cc number down on his post it. He also said if I didn't I could not take my car (my 3 yr old and I had gotten a ride there) so then he asked a mgr and they were fine with me calling to pay later. Also they claimed I need new brake pads on the front which we just had done prior to the rear which is what we were there for so I need to look back on dates of when that was done, if they really do need to be replaced I would be suspicious if they ever did them when we had them done. Just not the experience we were having when we were using Luke for a while now. More
