He makes sure everything is explained to me in detail before doing anything and goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. This time he found a coupon for my oil change. Last time, a part was needed and not coming until the next day. I live over an hour away and there were no available rental cars around Kansas City and he called and called until he was able to get one for me so I didn't have to drive down the next day to get the service done. I highly recommend this dealer and am very satisfied with Byron's commitment to providing the best possible customer experience. The girls in the waiting room who serve refreshments are amazing as well. I've met several of them now and they just make the wait very pleasant. Overall a great experience. More

Not good Call Service I recently got a recall notice for my 2013 Honda Acura. When I called for an appointment I was given to three different people. Finally, I talked to a I recently got a recall notice for my 2013 Honda Acura. When I called for an appointment I was given to three different people. Finally, I talked to a woman to make my appointment and she argued that I was not in the system and was I sure that this is where I get my car serviced. After 5 minutes, I asked how she was spelling my name and she had it wrong. When I got to my appointment, I discovered it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I said I couldn't wait and had no idea it would take so long. I was trold that the service caller should have told me. (she did not). I was then told that they use a call canter to make appointments, not at the dealership. After looking for my sales person who sold me my car, I was told that she was off that day and then was offered a loaner car and they would come and bring my car back to me the next day. I really like Jay Wolfe Honda and they have always treated me nicely. I believe that the Call Center made several mistakes which left me frustrated and angry. When I got my car back the next and was looking at the paperwork, I noticed that the recall part was on order so now I have do do this again. Not good!! More
