He listened to my complaint which was to have the oil changed and to check my brakes because of the vehicle pulsating when at a high speed and coming to a stop. Mr. Hughes suggested what we could do without being too pushy and helped me make the correct choice of service. Mr. Hughes also asked if I would like a complimentary wash. He gave me an estimate of how long it may be since I was waiting and escorted me to the waiting area and kept me updated on my vehicle servicing. When my car was completed Mr. Hughes went over the findings and explained everything to me. He also let me know they know have a diamond wash if ever I would like a full detail next time; wash vehicle, vacuum and clean windows. I thank him and told him I'd be back for my next servicing when the time comes. I have always had a good experience when visiting the service department. More
