They have snacks and food, wifi, even iPads and laptops you can borrow while you wait. The work done on the vehicle is pretty solid as far as I can tell,however I have a few complaints. First, mirrors. Every time i get my car back from service my mirrors are all out of whack. On his last visit I almost got a an over by a semi because I rely on my side mirrors to so me the blind spots. And some dingus had tilted the mirrors all the way in. I am of the opinion that adjusting anything in a customer car should be forbidden. The only thing that should be allowed to be adjusted is the seat, but only forward and back. Not up and down. Get a booster. There is zero reason to ever adjust a customer cars mirrors. Also, test drives? Why are technicians takeing my for for a test drive? I didn't say anything was odd or needed looking at. I was there for an oil change, tire rotation, air filter replacement and an alignment. Please tell me what bit of that work requires a test drive. More

Quick, and professional i didn't have an appointment but Adam got me in. He was friendly, professional and put me through quickly. I left the car and picked it up later that i didn't have an appointment but Adam got me in. He was friendly, professional and put me through quickly. I left the car and picked it up later that afternoon. When I arrived I was looking for Adam but didn't see him. Shawn immediately stepped in to help me as Adam had left for the day. Shawn remembered who I was and had my paperwork in an instant. He new my name, impressive! We finished up our business and he walked me out to help find my car. Great Service & Excellent Lounge I didn't have an appointment but was fit right in! The customer lounge has great snacks, beverages and they even made me a sandwich!!
