I even walked a couple of blocks over & got a haircut while the car was being serviced. Steve was great! This visit was unlike the appt I made for the previous week. Last week I looked up my VIN because I thought I remember having a recall. I did, and the Honda site provides the option of scheduling an appt online. So I thought that's great! There was even an appt time in about an hour from then. Fantastic! I'll need to take off work early, but I can get this thing taken care of today. So I make the appt, that lists the recall, receive a confirmation email for the time & repair description, and I hop in the car and head to the dealer. When I get there & tell the serviceman about the appt, he says that they don't take appts for this kind of work so late in the day. I said well your website does, so you might tell them that rather than me. He offers to schedule another appt, which I reluctantly did. He said he'd alert the service manager. I understand it's not likely the service dept's fault, but it was a complete waste of my time, in addition to the work I had to make up for taking off early. It would have been nice if the serviceman would have provided some compensation for my wasted time...a free oil-change coupon or something, so I wouldn't be leaving there thinking how much Honda/Jay Wolfe wasted my time with nothing to show for it. More

I called for an appointment Saturday, and the lady gave me Monday at 1:30pm. I was on pens and needles until Monday. I even called Monday to get an earlier appointment and took my car in at 12:45pm. The young man met me and ask me what my problem was. I explained what had happen and he said (don't worry we will take care of you.) He told me what they would have to do to check out my problem. The problem was fixed. He really showed customer service. More

Battery check and alignment check prior to her trip I came in on schedule and Shane immediately diagnosed my problem which was a battery that was barely functioning.
