I'm sure the main work was fine but there were some issues. When I returned to my car, there was a garage door opener that was not mine. I had to walk it back in the shop. Then when I looked in my backseat, my personal items had been strewn around all over. I had several papers/folders in a bag. The bag was wadded up on the seat and the contents had been dumped out here and there on the floor. I did not know they would be in the back seat to do the work or I would not have left the stuff there. But I would think it good practice to be more careful with a customers stuff. You can look at my history and see that many of my issues with my new car, bought at this dealership have not been fixed. There is always an excuse why this or that can't be fixed. My issues continue and I just have to live with them. The seat warmer does not get hot enough. The reverse camera lines are not centered. The bluetooth system can't remember voicetags. I was fairly happy with the sales team but unfortunately the service department has not been good. And it is not because there are not enough people. There are people everywhere and I have no idea why. My regular shop seems to do work with a fraction of the people. I doubt I will be back. I'm trying to submit this review and your xxxx system requires me to login and remember some old password. It's like you don't want a review or maybe it is hassling me because of the 1 star. More
