Both times I’ve bought from here it’s been a great experience from the sales staff, finance, and managers. I waited over two hours for a basic oil change and had to flag someone down to check and find out when my car would be done because I had to be somewhere. Understandable if other work was being done, but not for an oil change, with a scheduled appointment. More
