I brought my Honda Civic in as it was having some issues. I inquired about what kind of trade in value I could receive on it. Well let's say I left a few hours later with exactly the car I wanted at the reasonable price I asked for. No stress...their concierge lounge is top notch...their people are top notch. Please...if you need to do business ask for Drew Hughes...fantastic. And I did financing with Amir Akbarnia...absolute delight. Jay Wolfe Honda puts the deal in dealership. Give them a shot and you won't be sorry! More
Quick and timely service I arrived and was met as I was getting out of the car. I explained what I needed to be done to get the car ready for our trip. In less than two hours, the oil was changed, air filters were installed, the tires were rotated and the alignment was done. Everything I asked to be done was completed. Lucas walked me out to the car and we checked it over. Everything was great and I was on my way home less than two hours. More

I told Justin when I arrived that I hadn't been as happy with my previous visit, and he was very responsive in the discussions we then had about the car, what it has had, and what it might need going forward. I'm not a mechanic but I'm not stupid, and so our conversation was in depth and thoughtful, especially in the way he followed up on a query about a tiny oil leak, the absence of a clear source, and the most likely explanations for it. I was in and out in exactly the amount of time he had suggested, and for exactly that price -- within $5. In the meantime, I also had a generous (and very tasty) waiting time in the customer lounge. Wonderful people there. Thank you to all! More
