Excellent Service...Again! I get my regular service at Jay Wolfe Honda all the time, and I love the service, the employees, and the service center. It's the best place I've found to wait while service is being completed. This time was the same excellent service. I ran over a nail and had to get my tire replaced ASAP. I called Jay Wolfe and they said to come right in. Rob Bray helped me. He ordered the tire for next day service, made sure my tire with the nail in it would make it to the next morning--it did. I came back the next day, and Byron Hughes helped me finish the process. Rob was out sick and couldn't complete the service. I'm very happy with the time and attention and service from both employees. Thank you Rob, Byron, and the entire Jay Wolfe team! More

Got done critical things, but the minor things I asked I asked to check my fog lights and left passenger door rubber beading. Both were forgotten even though it was noted down. But in the report they gave me it says it is just fine. The agent told me they can't find the issue if stoped working then tow the car to the store so that they can look at it again. I am not happy with that comment after spending $72 for inspection. When I called again they said it needs to be replaced. So much confusion.
