Easiest deal ever. I chose dealers who would do business on the internet and Jay Wolfe was the one who didn't try to haggle. After much research I set the out the door price I was willing to pay and got that plus they threw in an option I asked for. The other dealers would not discuss my offer unless I came in. Afshin was my salesman and was fantastic. He has a great personality and very funny. He gets 5 stars. He and his manager looked at my email correspondence between Heather Young and me and the deal was done. No hassles. The finance guy was very friendly but I have to say not very forthcoming when i kept asking about interest rates. I already had bank financing but I wanted to see if he could get me less interest rate. He was perusing the computer as I repeatedly asked what the rates were and finally mentioned a rate which I thought was the rate I was getting but, and this is my fault for not looking, the rate was not the one he threw out there and more than my bank offered. I already had my radar up when I had to keep asking but let my guard down at the end. As I said, my fault for assuming. I ended up just paying that loan off. All in all , Heather, Afshin and his manager made the dealing process the quickest and easiest one I've ever experienced and believe me, buying a car was a huge headache before. More

Rob noticed I have a pretty good door ding on my driver’s side door and he said, “this isn’t a sale’s pitch but we do now have dent repair service for these small things if you’re interested. Yours could easily be fixed.” No pressure from him, just let me know they have the service now. I’ll be setting that up this week. Everyone I’ve ever encountered in the Service Department are friendly. It’s kind of fun to go in there really. More
