Followup to a Routine Service First of all, all the service that was performed on my call was done in a professional matter. Considering all the things that had to be done on my c First of all, all the service that was performed on my call was done in a professional matter. Considering all the things that had to be done on my car including a recall item, the service was really quick ( a two hour turn around). Additionally, the car is running smoothly. My only complaint is that I asked for a ride for my husband back to my company to pickup his van so he wouldn't have to wait around at the dealership until the car was completed. My husband told me that the driver came out twice in the waiting room, but didn't ask if anyone needed a ride. Then the driver just left with his van leaving my husband to believe that the driver was busy doing something else. In the meantime, my husband walked from Honda at 103rd & State Line to Leawood Park. Then I left work to pick him up & return to his van at my company. Honda had sent me an e-mail with the confirmation of my appt. along with the charges of my bill. Plus, the ride back to work was mentioned as well. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Again, the service was excellent. I just wanted my husband to have a ride back to his other car. Pam Moore More

I felt an immediate sense of comfort with Drew as he guided me through the process of making my first new car purchase. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I walked in the door, and didn’t feel any pressure to look at other things or attempts to upgrade me to a different trim level, or really any pressure at all. He worked with my schedule and answered any and all questions. Amir was great as well. Obviously buying a car can be stressful and I’ve heard horror stories about going into the finance office, but didn’t experience any of that at all. I had plenty of questions and left feeling that everything had been answered competently and was easily understandable. I would absolutely work with these guys again. Thanks! More
