Love our Jay Wolfe Honda! Steve is always terrific, whenever we drop in with one of our cars; we got our service work done amazingly fast! Since we were pressed for time, Rob Steve is always terrific, whenever we drop in with one of our cars; we got our service work done amazingly fast! Since we were pressed for time, Rob helped us out by starting the paperwork while Steve was busy with another customer. We appreciate both of these gentlemen's efforts and efficiency! **Also the other day, I got a replacement iPhone and it wouldn't pair up with my Accord. I pulled in (with no appointment) and was SO happy to see that Byron was at one of the desks. (He had synced my prior iPhone and it worked perfectly). I asked if he had time to get my replacement paired. He graciously came right over to my car and rapidly got the iPhone and my Accord synced. He is very kind and on his game!! More

Friendly customer service I had been in touch with Heather to set up my appointment and met Afshin when I arrived. He was extremely friendly and easy to talk with. Took me for a test drive in the car I wanted and we went through the purchase of my new HRV as well as trading in my previous vehicle. He was up front with me throughout and speedy as well when I told him I was short on time. I was in at 1:30 and out with a new car by 4:30. I also had a sandwich from the customer lounge, which was a nice touch. At financing I dealt with Amir and he was equally friendly and I was never pressured at any time by either gentleman. A great experience overall. More

Oil change & Tire rotation At the conclusion of the service Byron showed me the results of the Multi-point inspection. It stated that the tire pressures had all been checked/or At the conclusion of the service Byron showed me the results of the Multi-point inspection. It stated that the tire pressures had all been checked/or adjusted to 32 psi each. This is not true because the manufacturer (HONDA) sticker on the door says Front 33/Rear 30. When the car arrived the front were 33 and the rear were 31. When I checked the tires the next morning the front tires were 31 and the rear were 33 because of the tire rotation. This car was delivered new to me with 40 psi in all 4 tires. I called the dealership and asked if the tires should be adjusted to what is listed on the door jam or left alone at 40psi and was told that they should be what's listed on the door jam. Consequently, this dealership has not proven to me that they care fully about my safety. One would think that after a tire rotation all tires would be adjusted to the proper psi. More
