Great Service, but lengthier than told. This is a great service center and everyone is very courteous! It was great to recognize employees from previous visits over the years. However, when I scheduled the service on the phone, I was told there was a courtesy shuttle on Saturday afternoons. When I arrived, I was notified there was not but, I was happy to wait in the lounge, have lunch, and read. I was told that my service was express and should only take an hour. I arrived at 1:15 and did not leave until around 3:45. I am fine with the length of service, as I value quality over speed, but would have preferred a more realistic time estimate given how busy they were that day. I noticed other service agents providing their patrons with status updates, but I was not approached with updates at all. I did appreciate that my service agent reviewed the service and inspection, so I would know what services to expect next and am always pleased with the car wash. I value the little amenities like that that I’ve come to associate with the Jay Wolfe brand from my experiences with the Jay Wolfe Saturn dealership in Olathe to my decision to buy from Jay Wolfe Honda. More

Made appointment - still had to wait I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 1pm. I showed up at the dealership around 12:40 and my service wasn't completed until 3:3 I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 1pm. I showed up at the dealership around 12:40 and my service wasn't completed until 3:30. Makes me wonder why I even bother making an appointment, doesn't seem to mean anything. Other than that, the customer service and my visit was great, just longer than I had planned. More

As a woman, it is always nice to work with someone like that. In the waiting room, I am able to work on my computer, enjoy a snack, watch TV....it's incredible! More
