Although they're only 3 years old and I don't drive a fraction of some people, I am assuming that the condition of KS roads injure all tires. And the Fit tires are so tiny, they probably wear out before others. As for all the other work performed, I trust J Wolfe completely when it comes to the Service Department. Didn't like the amount on the bill--but does anyone? More

Service was great, wrong expectation set When I called to set up the appointment I specifically asked how long the appointment would take. I was told 30 minutes. I asked the women setting t When I called to set up the appointment I specifically asked how long the appointment would take. I was told 30 minutes. I asked the women setting the appointment to verify the time because that sounded quick. She confirmed the appointment would be 30 minutes. Because of this I decided to wait with my car. After 50 minutes I let the service center know I needed my car back and had to leave. Had I known the appointment would actually take 60 to 90 minutes I would've made different arrangements. This is the reason I cannot rate my overall experience as a 5 star. More
Quick & Timely Service Yellow check engine light came on and Shawn was able to take care of me right away. Technician was able to diagnose the knock sensor. At the physical location of the dealership, our sales person, Afshin, was helpful and responsive in addressing our questions about the Odyssey we were considering. Afshin was also helpful and thorough with arranging a trade-in evaluation and the process. Brian Mixon, the general manager, fairly dealt with our requests and the terms negotiated for our purchase, as well as the trade-in process.
