However, to their credit, it was a less than cheesy feeling when in the buying arena. Feel as though I received a fair deal and I am already a strong proponent of the Service Dept. In fact, the quality of service performed on my previous vehicle is what brought me here to purchase my new Honda. Angie R. was our Sales Rep. She is newer to the dealership but did a fantastic job of finding us the vehicle that best suited our needs and wants. Angie also spent a lot of the time helping my wife set the electronic options to properly fit her daily use patterns and also in teaching her how to adjust / change those settings when necessary. Excellent service Kevin was very nice and helpful. He even recommended I key my oil life get lower, I came in with it at 30%. Oil Change, Tire Monitor, and Failure to Diagnose Squeaks Damon Gard in the service center was great to work with. I highly enjoyed my experience working with him personally. The one thing I was not at all happy with was that the service center didn't look at everything I asked for during the appointment. I specifically scheduled the appointment for an oil change, tire monitor check and to diagnose the constant squeaks from possibly the rear bushings in the suspension, which have been there since I bought the car. When I brought the car in, though, I was told I'd have to make a separate appointment to diagnose the squeaking because they "didn't have time to look at it that day." What?! That's what I scheduled the appointment for! This is a huge hassle now for me. As a single parent with two jobs, I don't have much time make extra appointments, especially when I specifically scheduled this appointment for that reason! I was extremely frustrated by that. Now I have to come back in next Saturday, one of my only times free, to have this issue looked at, which should not have even been an issue in the first place on a brand new car. If there is not enough time for them to diagnose the issue at this next visit, I'm taking my car to another Honda location that will provide me with better service. More
