Not up to what I was expecting Pros: Shuttle service was really helpful Early drop off was useful for me as I was able drop my car at 8:00 and get to work on time Cons: Bad Co Pros: Shuttle service was really helpful Early drop off was useful for me as I was able drop my car at 8:00 and get to work on time Cons: Bad Communication: I dropped my car for service on 06/08 at 08:00 AM for B12 maintenance code. I also had a complaint about noise when shifting gear and suspected something was wrong with ATF warmer as I had received a letter from Honda. The service advisor said the engineers will run some tests on ATF. At around 2:30 I called up the service center to know if my car was ready for pick up, but they couldn't give a status on my car. I had to call at least 5 times and then at around 4:30 PM the service advisor called me and said they have to keep the car overnight. Since I was not informed about this, I had to make some last minute plan changes to get back from office to home, pick up kids from day care (car seat was in the car). Discount Coupon: To start with, I did not buy my Pilot from Jay Wolfe. I had a $19.95 coupon for oli and filter change and when I presented it to the service advisor, he said they can't accept it as it was not a different dealer (Sorry, I thought the coupon was from Honda, my mistake). But he said now that I have brought the car to Jay Wolfe, I will start getting coupons from Jay Wolfe. Also he said he can do a $20 coupon for the oil change. Then when I went to pick my car, the service advisor I worked with was not there and I had to work with a different service advisor. I asked if the $20 coupon was applied, he said no and I had to explain all that was discussed with the advisor with whom I dropped the car. But he still was not ready to honor the discount. This was not a big deal considering the fact that it was only less then 5% of my total bill, but the fact that the advisor was not trusting a customer was bothering. Overall I am not going to bring my car here for service anymore. More

Oil change The customer service is always great and the staff are always helpful. However, this is the second time that after my oil change, they forgot to clamp The customer service is always great and the staff are always helpful. However, this is the second time that after my oil change, they forgot to clamp my metal plate cover back up that is underneath my car. They have to take this cover off to change the oil but then forgot to Put it back up. So now everytime even if there’s a small dip in the road, that metal plate scrapes. I will get an appointment and they will take care of it I’m sure, just like they did last time. More
