Great service once there, frustrating before Once you are there they treat you great. They have a wonderful lounge with free food and a great play area for kids while you wait. They have a free shuttle service if you choose not to wait there. The time you wait is expected and reasonable. I ran into problems when I was trying to set up my appointment for an urgent issue. They are super helpful when you are purchasing your vehicle and adding extra coverage/warranty but it's a pain to redeem/figure out your coverage when you need it. I had to call 4 times before someone would look up my account and tell me if my issue was under warranty and would be covered. I talked to two people and left two messages. The first person I talked to said I could leave my vehicle over night or wait until Monday (both poor solutions for an urgent matter) as it was Thursday early afternoon and I could not be without a vehicle this long. They denied my request for a loaner vehicle after I was given the two poor options. The 2nd person I talked to was hesitant to look my information up (r/t warranty), but did once I said I had my paperwork in front of me which showed coverage for my issue. He then said it was covered, set me up ASAP to resolve the issue but then when I asked again if this would be 100% covered under my warranty he said they would have to submit my claim and so he wasn't sure if it would be covered. I received a call back from Trent the day after but have not heard back from Amir. That is frustrating customer service. It's also very confusing because as I mentioned earlier they are wonderful in person and take great care of you overall. It just needs to be easier to get questions answered and appointments set up in a reasonable time frame. In the past I have had an issue with the person I am talking to on the phone (setting up the appointment) is not super knowledgeable on my request. We were sent away when we came in because they said they could not fix the issue but when I talked to the service rep on the phone and explained my issue they said they could fix it. More
