Phenomenal treatment for a warranty issue My car was starting after 4 or 5 attempt of dead air and I assumed it to be the battery. Jay Wolfe was slammed on a Thursday and booking appointments My car was starting after 4 or 5 attempt of dead air and I assumed it to be the battery. Jay Wolfe was slammed on a Thursday and booking appointments for Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). However if it was the battery, they could take care of me. So I brought it in and the battery tested strong- DANG! Lucky for me I am 3k miles and 7 months shy of the warranty end date. So I made an appointment (at that point they were booking into Wednesday of the following week). I dropped my car off Wednesday morning and overheard one fella say to the other that a dozen cars carried over from the previous day. I had heard from the scheduling gal on the phone that they were behind because they were trying to fit 75+ appointments in a day to accommodate everyone. I assumed I was going to be sans car for a couple days. Come 3pm the SAME day, my car is done and ready to be picked up. They replaced the starter, did their full regular inspection of the vehicle, washed it, and I picked it up immediately after work. I wasn't charged a dime for the extras. I am VERY pleased with this service which is probably why my stepfather has been going to Jay Wolfe for over a Decade and I've been going about 5 years.
