Service was okey. The service man looked like unhappy and indifferent on that day. Usually they would guide me to the waiting room. But this time he just said you were all set and waiting in that room. But anyway, the car service I thought it was good. It took me about two hours to do oil change and tire rotation. This is needed in order to avoid duplicate maintenance on items which were previously serviced prior to locating in KC. In my case, I had you do some items that had been previously been accomplished prior to our move. My fault for not paying more attention. However, in our modern connected era, this is UNSAT on Honda's part. More

Good Service I took my car in to test my battery and have my car serviced. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only negative was that they did not have I took my car in to test my battery and have my car serviced. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only negative was that they did not have a loaner car available, so I had to take extra time off work. They should either have more loaner cars available, or some type of partnership with a car rental service. More

2017 Honda CRV--JUST LIKE NEW! I spent a significant amount of time searching online for a newer certified Honda in the KC area and found that Jay Wolfe had the most options for wha I spent a significant amount of time searching online for a newer certified Honda in the KC area and found that Jay Wolfe had the most options for what I wanted at a competitive price. Chris was our salesperson, and he spent his undivided attention and patience helping me find the perfect fit. After a couple of test drives, I settled on a 2017 CRV with only 22 miles on the odometer---just like new! The finance office was backed up a bit, and Chris spent his time chatting about life, which was very refreshing and enjoyable. I felt that they provided an excellent experience, and I left extremely happy. I recommend Jay Wolfe and Chris to anyone interested in a pleasant and low-stress car buying experience. Thanks, Chris!
