Service was okey. The service man looked like unhappy and indifferent on that day. Usually they would guide me to the waiting room. This is needed in order to avoid duplicate maintenance on items which were previously serviced prior to locating in KC. In my case, I had you do some items that had been previously been accomplished prior to our move. My fault for not paying more attention. However, in our modern connected era, this is UNSAT on Honda's part. More

Good Service I took my car in to test my battery and have my car serviced. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only negative was that they did not have I took my car in to test my battery and have my car serviced. The staff is always friendly and helpful. 2017 Honda CRV--JUST LIKE NEW! Chris was our salesperson, and he spent his undivided attention and patience helping me find the perfect fit. After a couple of test drives, I settled on a 2017 CRV with only 22 miles on the odometer---just like new! The finance office was backed up a bit, and Chris spent his time chatting about life, which was very refreshing and enjoyable.
