It took a little longer than originally estimated (not due to anything in their control), however they eased our frustrations and worries. On the day we went to do paperwork & take our van home, we had all three of our small children. Bryan walked back and forth a bunch so that we could keep them entertained them in the kid's area (which is fantastic). The snacks/food/drinks available were also great as we ended up needing to wait through lunch time. Once we got back to Josh's office to finalize our purchase, he was very kind to our boys. He kept them entertained with paper & pens and showed them how to draw a turkey & a race car. I truly appreciate the kindness that was shown to our children throughout the whole day. Something else that I found extremely thoughtful, yet is unrelated to our actual purchase, was the availability of diapers/wipes/etc in the women's bathroom. I can only imagine how helpful that could be for a momma that ran out of or forgot something. Overall, we had a very nice experience. More

Very long wait. Unclear expenses My last two visits to Jay Wolfe Honda have not gone as expected. Recently, while waiting for my car, I was told it would be a little over one hour. I My last two visits to Jay Wolfe Honda have not gone as expected. Recently, while waiting for my car, I was told it would be a little over one hour. I waited three hours for my car. The technician had to come out repeatedly to let me know that they were running very behind. The time before that, the technician told me after waiting several hours for an oil change that it would not be completed on that day. Had to leave my car for several days. Seems that understaffing Or unreliable service technicians our problem here. Also, when reviewing the estimated expense before work was started, and comments of two coupons being added to credit my bill, I still ended up paying 30 more dollars than expected. No conversation about service fees or taxes being added. Frustrating to be led to believe I was getting a good deal with coupons and ending up paying more than expected amount. Conversation and education could have illuminated this frustration before m or unreliable service technicians are problem here. I spoke to Russ King (one of the Sales Consultants) and we looked at HR-v's because it was in the right price range and also the utility that my wife and I needed. Settled on the EX trim, picked out a color and bought it. Russ was knowledgeable, pleasant and most of all helpful. Brian in the business office was efficient and competent. It was literally a five star experience. More
