Oil Change I came in for a routine oil change. I also requested that a light bulb be changed and that that it was in stock so would be problem. I was told that I came in for a routine oil change. I also requested that a light bulb be changed and that that it was in stock so would be problem. I was told that my car would be ready at 3 PM. I received a phone call on my cell but it was because I was in an appointment at work. They had called to inquire if I was interested in more maintenance work and apparently had not worked on my car until I followed up. I had not planned on any additional service at this specific time which I told them upon dropping my car off. It seems because I didn’t pick up the phone my maintenance was delayed. I made payment over the phone so I could pick it up after the service center closed, and have since realized that my request of a light changed had not been fulfilled. This was the first time I’ve ever had any issues with Jay Wolfe Honda service and mixed review on my overall experience. I also received a phone call at work the following day for a survey. I had asked previously that my work number be deleted from the record, that apparently has not happened. More

Could Be Better Appointment scheduled at 12:30 for oil change. Dropped car off at 11am. Called at 3pm to check status-was put on hold & I hung up after 7 minutes. Cal Appointment scheduled at 12:30 for oil change. Dropped car off at 11am. Called at 3pm to check status-was put on hold & I hung up after 7 minutes. Called again at 4, again, left on hold. Went to dealership to pick up car, they were still doing the oil change. Came back at 5:30 & finally got car. On drive home, tire pressure light came on. Discovered when I got home that none of the valve caps on my tires had been put back on after rotation/balance. Very disappointed with the level of service. More
