It was never too pushy or awkward, and he truly understood what we were looking for. He was able to honestly answer our questions and never seemed "sales-y." Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a new car! The only negative part of our experience was once we agreed on everything, it took nearly 3 hours to complete the paper work. They had to enter information into the computer... wait... then run credit... wait... finalize the sale... wait... meet with Finance department... wait some more. Finally, the car was cleaned and delivered to us. From the time we walked in until the time we left, it was about 3 and a half hours - and it only took us 20 minutes to decide on the car and price.
